We put it up fast and get it dried in. Not afraid of innovative designs or traditional methods. Of course we love to build what we design. That way we know the engineering all works and we don't have to spend time translating plans often drawn up by people that don't build. We also know the permitting system and will navigate all the inspections that are required in a timely manner.
